All of the provisions of the Kentucky Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, KRS Chapters 241, 242, and 243, and all acts amendatory thereof and supplementary thereto, relating to the manufacture, sale, purchase, or other traffic in alcoholic beverages, are adopted and made a part of this chapter insofar as they may apply herein or be pertinent to the government of the city, and are made a part of this chapter, by reference, as if fully set out herein.
