§ 110.21 LICENSE, PERMIT REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to operate or cause to be operated for advertising purposes any vehicle known as a sound truck, car amplifier, loud speaker, or radio upon any of the streets of the city without a permit from the Police Department and any license that may be required. No permit shall be issued for a Sunday, or on any week day except between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. It shall be unlawful to operate or cause to be operated for advertising purposes any of these devices at any hour or time of the day or night within two city blocks or city squares of any hospital, sanitarium, or rest home of the city.
