§ 98.20 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBDIVISION PLANS AND DEVELOPMENT PLANS.

All subdivision plans and development plans submitted for consideration to the Fort Thomas Planning Commission shall address the following sections in this subchapter. The Planning Commission shall have sole enforcement authority of said chapter as it relates to subdivision plans and development plans.
