Any vacancy occurring by reason of death, resignation or removal of any member, shall be filled for the unexpired term of the member. The Mayor may cause removal of a member of the Commission for inefficiency, neglect of duty, malfeasance, or conflict of interest. Any member of the Tree Commission removed from office by the Mayor may appeal the removal to the Board of Council within 30 days.
