§ 98.10 ESTABLISHMENT OF A TREE COMMISSION.
   A Tree Commission is hereby established, to be known as the City of Fort Thomas Tree Commission. The Tree Commission shall consist of five members, who shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Board of Council.
