§ 97.31 SUPERVISION BY CITY ENGINEER OR DIRECTOR OF GENERAL SERVICES.

Sidewalks or driveways shall be built in accordance with plans and specifications provided by general ordinance and under the supervision of the City Engineer or Director of General Services.
