§ 97.09 BARBED WIRE FENCES ALONG SIDEWALKS.

It shall be unlawful to erect or maintain a barbed wire fence or any fence constructed in whole or in part of barbed wire along or adjacent to any sidewalk in the city. Any person who erects or maintains such fences along or adjacent to any sidewalk shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
