For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MAINTAIN. To allow a boat or watercraft to rest upon or occupy the bank, shore, or water of any river or stream within the corporate limits.
MOOR. To fasten a boat or watercraft by any means to the shore, bed of a river or stream, wharf, wharfboat, other boat or watercraft, or in any other manner cause it to remain within the corporate limits of the city.
