§ 95.01 BLASTING PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful to use explosives for the purpose of blasting within the corporate limits of the city without first having obtained a permit to do so. Blasting shall be done pursuant to the instructions and under the supervision of the City Administrative Officer.
