(A) The determination of mileage fees shall be calculated from the point of service to the point of delivery at a medical facility.
(B) The city hereby establishes the following schedule of fees of for users of the city’s emergency medical services:

Basic Life Support – EM | $570 |
Oxygen | $20 |
Mileage (per transport mile) | $12 per mile |
Automobile Extrication | $750 |
(C) The City Administrative Officer shall provide for a system of billing and collection to ensure that all fees are accounted for in a timely and efficient manner.
