§ 92.05 INCENDIARY MISSILES PROHIBITED.
   During the existence of a civil emergency as proclaimed under § 92.02, no person shall make, carry, possess, or use any type of gasoline or petroleum base fire bomb, molotov cocktail, or other incendiary missile.
