§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100, or imprisoned for not less than ten days nor more than 30 days, or be both fined and imprisoned. Each day a violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
