§ 90.05 REMOVAL BY POLICE.

Any member of the Police Department of the city is hereby authorized to remove or have removed any vehicle left at any place within the city which reasonably appears to be in violation of this section or lost, stolen, or unclaimed. The vehicle shall be impounded until lawfully claimed or disposed of. Any vehicle abandoned on a street or highway shall be removed and disposed of in conformity with KRS 189.751.
