(A) Those streets and parts of streets described in Chapter 75, Schedule II are hereby declared to be through streets for the purpose of this section.
(B) Whenever any section of this title designates and describes a through street it shall be the duty of the City Traffic Engineer to place and maintain a stop sign on each and every street intersecting the through street or intersecting that portion thereof described and designated as such by any section of this title.
