(A) Electrical permits shall be obtained prior to the installation, addition, alteration, repair, relocation, or removal of electrical wiring. Electrical permits are not required for minor repairs of existing electrical systems such as switches, fixtures, outlets, and the like.
(B) The cost of the permit for electrical installation, additions, alterations, repair, relocation, or removal shall be $20 for one- and two-family residential permits and $40 for commercial, multi-family residential, and industrial permits.
(C) All electrical permits shall be obtained from the City Building Inspector.
