The amount of the sewer user fee shall be $2.50 for the first 10,000 cubic feet of water or less, and $2.50 for each additional 10,000 cubic feet of water or portion thereof on a quarterly basis. Water consumption for the purposes of levying said sewer user fee shall be determined by the agency responsible for the measurement and sale of potable water to each sewer user.
