(A) All downspout drains, driveway drains, and storm water drains shall be connected to storm sewers where and when it is, in the opinion of the Building Inspector, reasonable to do so, but in no case is any storm drain or sewer to be connected to a sanitary sewer. ('75 Code, § 52.07)
(B) No zoning or building permit is to be issued for any structure or for the remodeling of any structure which does not show the locations for downspout drains, driveway drains, and storm water drains, from point of collection to the point of disposal in accordance with the provisions of this
