§ 100.02 UNLAWFUL HOUSING PRACTICES.

It is hereby unlawful for any person to refuse or be perceived to refuse to sell, lease, and/or transfer, attempt to evict or otherwise treat differently any person based upon race, color, national origin, sex and/or gender identity, religion, age and/or sexual orientation.
