The owner of a golf cart shall be required to:
(A) Have the golf cart inspected by the Campbell County Sheriff;
(B) Obtain a permit and windshield sticker from the city for a fee of $25 each year. The permit and sticker are valid from May 1 of each year to April 30 of each year. The golf cart must display the sticker on its windshield; and
(C) Insure the golf cart in compliance with KRS 304.39-080 and proof of insurance shall be inside the golf cart at all times.
