Reference is hereby made to the working agreement between the city and Local Number 286 American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees. The agreement regulates and governs the terms of employment of certain employees of the city, and is hereby made a part of this section as if it were specifically rewritten herein. The City Administrative Officer is hereby authorized to sign the agreement.
