Sec. 2-45. Purpose.

The fees established by this article are determined to be the reasonable expenses incurred by the city in connection with the receiving, processing, review and issuance of tax exemptions to certain qualifying entities pursuant to certain acts of the State of Michigan. (2-18-80)
