Sec. 2-28. Commission—Adoption of Master Plan; Powers and Duties Generally.

   It shall be the function and duty of the planning commission to make and adopt a master plan for the physical development of the city, as provided by the act adopted by references in section 2-26.  Such planning commission shall have all the powers and authority and duties prescribed by such act.  (7-8-76, 3.)
