Sec.  3-20.  Qualifications of animal control officer. 
   The animal control officer must pass a standard physical examination, be a high school graduate and must be mentally and morally fit.  Such fitness may be determined by personal interview of the city manager.  Unless the animal control officer is a police officer or has served at least three years as an animal control officer he shall complete a minimum course of study of not less then one hundred (100) instructional hours as prescribed by the department of agriculture.  (5-17-73, 17)
