Sec. 3-18. Enforcement of chapter generally.

This chapter shall be enforced by the animal control officer, any police officer, or the county dog warden.

A written warning may be issued for the first violation. A citation, summons, or appearance ticket shall be issued for each violation thereafter. (5-17-73, 18)
