The Sponsor shall permit the City, its appointed representatives, advisors or financial auditing firm(s) to periodically conduct an audit of the annual financial records of the project to determine the accuracy of the data used and the calculations made to determine the PILOT amounts. If an audit reveals an underpayment by the Sponsor of more than ten percent (10%) of the PILOT as calculated and paid by the Sponsor to the City in any one year, then the Sponsor shall be required to pay the City for the costs of the audit.
