Any person violating any provisions of this Article shall be responsible for a civil infraction. The penalty for said offense shall be established from time to time by Resolution of the City of Fremont City Council as determined necessary by City of Fremont. Repeat offenses shall be defined as a violation of said Article, which has been ticketed for within the past thirty (30) days. It shall be the duty of the City Manager of the City of Fremont, or authorized representative, to enforce the provisions of this Article. If, after investigation, the City Manager, or authorized representative, determines that a violation of the Article exists, he shall be authorized to issue a municipal civil infraction citation to any person, firm or corporation that is responsible for violation of the provisions of this Article. Service of said civil infraction citation or civil infraction notice shall be made in accordance with the General Civil Infraction Ordinance adopted by the City of Fremont. (Ord. O-02-01, 3-18-02)
