§ 50.55 PERIODIC UPDATING OF PROGRAM.
   The town will monitor identity theft schemes through media and education, in order to continually re-evaluate the adequacy of its Theft Prevention Program. Annually, the town shall implement changes to the program necessitated by evolving patterns in identity theft.
