§ 50.37 INDUSTRIAL COST RECOVERY SYSTEM.
   (A)   The Town of Fremont has been awarded a grant from the Environmental Protection Agency for the construction of wastewater treatment facilities.
   (B)   The town is desirous of complying with all federal regulations promulgated by the administration of Environmental Protection Agency, and therefore adopts the Industrial Cost Recovery Ordinance and incorporates the same by reference.
   (C)   A copy of the Industrial Cost Recovery Ordinance is available for public inspection during regular business hours in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer.
