(A) Interceptors shall be provided at:
(1) All restaurants; and
(2) All industrial or commercial enterprises when, in the opinion of the town they are necessary to contain grease, flammable wastes or sand and other harmful inert materials.
(B) All interceptors shall be approved by the town and shall be readily and easily accessible for cleaning and inspection.
(C) Interceptors shall be installed and maintained continuously in satisfactory and effective operating condition by the person at his or her own expense.
