§ 50.06 APPROVAL REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   No private well, well-like structure or excavation, construction well, temporary well or test well is to be drilled without compliance with all federal, state and county, and town regulations, laws and guidelines, and without the written approval of the Town Council of the Town of Fremont.
   (B)   Any permanent private well 6-inch diameter or larger approved by the Town Council shall be drilled and completed in accordance with Indiana State Board of Health requirements, and shall in addition have a 25-foot concrete grout seal placed in the void between the well casing, and shall be subject to all anti-contamination requirements of the State of Indiana to which municipal or public water supply wells are subjected.
