§ 50.05 ABANDONMENT AND SEALING OF PRIVATE WELLS.
   (A)   In the event the State Board of Health, Department of Natural Resources, County Board of Health or the Town Council of the Town of Fremont determine that the existence of a private well, well-like structure excavation, construction well, temporary well or test well (all hereafter included in word WELL) constitutes a hazard to a public health, safety, welfare, to the preservation of the ground water resource, or the potable water source of the town, it may order the abandonment and proper sealing of the private well.
   (B)   All abandoned or wells ordered abandoned by the town or any of the above named agencies are to be filled with cement grout.
