§ 50.01 AUTHORITY TO ESTABLISH WATER AND SEWER UTILITIES.
   (A)   The town may regulate the furnishing of water to the public. It may also establish, maintain and operate waterworks.
   (B)   The town may erect, maintain and operate works for the collection, treatment and disposal of sewage.
