The Town Clerk-Treasurer, through the Town Court, shall under circumstances authorized by statute collect the following sums which are to be deposited in the Clerk's Record Perpetuation Fund with respect to copying and/or transmission of documents, to wit:
(A) A fee of $1 per legal or letter size page, including a page only partially covered with writing, copied; and
(B) A fee of $5 per legal or letter size page, including a page only partially covered with writing, transmitted by facsimile machine.
