(A) A fee not to exceed $5 nor less than $3 shall be charged for vehicle inspection set forth in I.C. 9-17-2-12.
(B) The fee shall be deposited in a separate account known as Special Vehicle Fund (175), which is also referenced in § 35.05 above.
(C) All VIN, boat and trailer checks will be pre-paid at the Fremont Clerk-Treasurer’s Office and a form will be issued to the Police Chief authorizing the check to be made.
