A person who requests to file a deduction application or designation application pursuant to I.C. 6-1.1-12.1-3, I.C. 6-1.1-12.1-4.5, or I.C. 6-1.1-12.1-4.8 shall file an application at the Fremont Town Hall, and pay a filing fee as follows:
$500 | for an application related to personal property |
$500 | for an application related to real property |
$500 | for an application related to an eligible vacant building |
$850 | for an application related to any two (2) of the following types of deductible property; (1) personal property, (2) real property, and/or (3) an eligible vacant building. |
$1,000 | for an application related to all three. (3) of the following types of deductible property: (1) personal property, (2) real property, and (3) an eligible vacant building. |
