§ 35.13 LOCAL OPTION INCOME TAX FUND.
   (A)   The Local Option Income Tax Fund is established for the monies received from the implementation of a Local Option Income Tax established in Steuben County to be spent with appropriation for public safety purposes effective July 28, 2009.
   (B)   Unless otherwise set forth herein, this section shall become effective upon promulgation according to law.
