§ 35.12 DOWNTOWN REVITALIZATION PROJECT.
   (A)   The Downtown Revitalization Project shall be established for the acceptance of funds towards the Downtown Revitalization Project to be spent without appropriation effective July 28, 2009.
   (B)   Unless otherwise set forth herein, this section shall become effective upon promulgation according to law.
