§ 35.06 RECORD PERPETUATION FUND.
   (A)   A special fund is established pursuant to I.C. 33-37-5-2.
   (B)   The source of funds which are to be deposited in this fund are copying, transmission and enhanced access fees permitted to be assessed under I.C. 5-14-3, or any other statue permitting assessment and deposit into the fund.
   (C)   Monies in the fund may be used for the following purposes:
      (1)   The preservation of records; and
      (2)   The improvement of record keeping systems and equipment.
