§ 35.02 MOTOR VEHICLE HIGHWAY FUND.
   (A)   Fund established. The Motor Vehicle Highway Fund is established.
   (B)   Purpose. This fund is to be used for the construction, reconstruction, repair, maintenance, oiling, sprinkling, snow removal, curbs, separations of streets and the purchase, erection, operation and maintenance of traffic signs and signals. All funds shall be budgeted as provided by law.
