§ 33.37 FIVE COMMISSIONERS.
   (A)   The 5 Commissioners of the Fremont Redevelopment Commission shall be appointed as follows:
      (1)   Three shall be appointed by the town executive; and
      (2)   Two shall be appointed by the town legislative body.
   (B)   Each member shall take and subscribe an oath of office and execute a bond, all as required by the Act.
