§ 33.35 ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   There is hereby established in the Town of Fremont, Indiana, a Department of Redevelopment for the purpose of planning, replanning, development and redevelopment of blighted and/or economic development areas with the town.
   (B)   The Department shall be known as the Fremont Department of Redevelopment and shall be controlled by a Board of 5 members to be known as the Fremont Redevelopment Commission.
