§ 32.51 FIRE CHIEF.
    (A)   The Fremont Town Council shall appoint a Fire Chief and shall fix his or her compensation.
   (B)   The Fire Chief shall serve at the pleasure of the Town Council and is subject to the minimum basic training requirements found at I.C. 36-8-10.5-6.
   (C)   The Fremont Fire Department shall be administered and supervised by the Fire Chief, who shall act with the advice and consent of the Fremont Town Council.
