§ 32.23 PRESIDENT'S AUTHORITY TO SUSPEND EMPLOYEES.
   The President of the Town Council is to have authority to temporarily suspend any employee if it is deemed the best interest of the town with or without pay until a time as a meeting of the Town Council can be convened with regard thereto and cause to be prepared and served upon the employee notice of any changes where required in anticipation of a hearing if required.
