(A) The Council shall have authority over all departments and department heads, including the Town Manager, the Town Marshal, Fire Chief, Water Superintendent, Sewer Superintendent and Street Superintendent.
(B) The Town Manager shall oversee all departments and department heads, including the Town Marshal, Fire Chief, Water Superintendent, Sewer Superintendent and Street Superintendent.
(C) The Council designates the Town Manager, and may designate 1 of the Council members in the Town Manager’s absence, as the primary contact person from whom the Town Marshal, Fire Chief and Superintendents shall obtain approval of required action on a day-to-day basis.
(D) The Town Manager and any member of the Council may consult with the department heads regarding tasks pertaining to the town.
