(A) The Street Superintendent shall have primary responsibility and supervision of all employees including water and sewer employees or superintendents when working on any municipal assignment other than water, sewer or police matters.
(B) He or she is to be responsible for assigning work, supervising the work and evaluating the work of all employees under his or her supervision.
