§ 32.20 WATER SUPERINTENDENT AND SEWER SUPERINTENDENT.
   (A)   (1)   The Water Superintendent shall be duly qualified and licensed to operate a municipal water plant.
      (2)   The Sewer Superintendent shall be duly qualified and licensed to operate a municipal waste treatment facility.
   (B)   The Water Superintendent and the Sewer Superintendent shall have primary responsibility for the maintenance, operation and monitoring of their respective facilities, including conducting all required testing and the reporting of same to the requisite regulatory entities and the Clerk-Treasurer, along with a report of all users subject to surcharges and regular testing of high volume sewer users.
   (C)   The salaries of the Water Superintendent and the Sewer Superintendent shall be allocated to their respective departments by the Town Council.
