§ 32.15 FIVE DEPARTMENTS ORGANIZED.

   (A)   The municipal employees are organized in 5 departments:

      (1)   The Fremont Police Department;

      (2)   The Volunteer Fire Department;

      (3)   The Water Department;

      (4)   The Sewer Department; and

      (5)   The Street Department.

   (B)   The same are to be under the supervision of the Town Marshal, Fire Chief, Water Superintendent, Sewer Superintendent and Street Superintendent, respectively.
