§ 32.01 TERM OF OFFICE.
   (A)   The Clerk-Treasurer is an elected position whose term of office is for 4 years, beginning at noon on January 1 after his or her election and continuing until a successor is elected and qualified.
   (B)   The Town Clerk-Treasurer shall be elected by the voters of the whole town.
