§ 30.06 REGULAR AND SPECIAL MEETINGS.
   (A)   The Town Council shall hold its regular meetings on the third Tuesday of each month at hours as the Town Council may direct and determine from time to time. Regular meetings shall be held at the Town Hall at 205 North Tolford, Fremont, Indiana.
   (B)   Special meetings of the Town Council shall be held when called by the Town Executive or when called under the rules of the legislative body.
