§ 30.01 FIVE-MEMBER TOWN COUNCIL.
   (A)   The Town Council is the town legislative body.
   (B)   The Council consists of 5 members whose terms of office, except as may otherwise be directed by ordinance of the town, are 4 years, beginning at 12:00 p.m. on January 1 after election and continuing until successors are elected and qualified.
